1:1 and 2:1 or even group training sessions available in Oxford and online (Zoom). 1:1 sessions cover anything from strength and resistance training to kickboxing and running and are always varied to keep you interested and achieving results. If you are training online then we work with the equipment that you have available to you. I am a down to earth trainer and friendly that understands life can get in the way sometimes and will work with you to find the best way forward to achieving your goals. The benefit of a 1:1 session is that each session is tailored to your specific goals. Although the sessions are goal focused, they are designed to be fun too. Personal training is more effective than training on your own and you will see long term changes. Running schedules and on-line training can also be provided.
