GKR Karate UK was established in 1994. We have over 1,000 classes running across the UK with a membership base of over 15,000 students. GKR is one of the largest martial arts organisations in the UK, with dojo’s in most major cities across the UK. Most locations are within 10-15 minutes of each other, thereby catering for classes 7 days per week. GKR classes are suitable for all ages (5 yrs and up), and we also run specialised kids only classes in many locations. There are 36 regions throughout the UK. Each region is managed and operated by a qualified Regional Manager. Their role is to oversee both the karate training and business development within their region. The Eagle Kickboxing Academy is just a short walk from Birmingham city centre, located in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter, 10 mins walk from the canals and Barclaycard arena. The Eagle Kickboxing Academy concentrates on flexibility, stretching, body conditioning, stamina and toning. We also prepare our students physically and mentally, to build confidence in their own abilities, and to recognise their full potential by combining a wide range of martial arts, k-1 kickboxing skills and self-defence techniques. Our classes are structured specifically to children’s, beginners, intermediate, advanced, personal training, group and corporate sessions, to help each individual to achieve their personal martial arts and fitness goals.
