JAMES DREWE has been practising tai chi & qigong for 43 years, and has been teaching for 28 years. He teaches professionally, and runs approximately 25 classes a week in both London and Kent. James Drewe teaches all ages and abilities - from complete beginners to advanced students. He teaches a wide variety of tai chi styles and forms including sword and fan forms as well as the more usual hand forms. He also runs several qigong classes, teaching various sets of exercises as well as 'Standing' qigong (Zhan Zhuang). He is the author of 3 books on tai chi, and is both a qualified acupuncturist, and an experienced and qualified teacher (PGCE). He is a member of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain.

Yogaplusexercise offers a combination of yoga plus exercise, based on ashtanga and hatha poses, and my own adaptations. Each class is around 90% yoga and 10% limbering or warming up exercises at the start and then some basic core strengthening exercises. Core exercises are important to perform yoga poses that require strength and balance. Each class almost always ends with a relaxation phase. Background music is provided. Private training Designed to meet your personal objectives and at a pace and price that suits you. Choose from yoga, core exercises, a combination, or bespoke exercises to meet your specific goals, all in the comfort of your own home. As soon as you walk in you'll be greeted by Anita as if you were long lost friends, you'll progress to classes where black belts, white belts and everyone in between trains together and you'll meet other like minded people who are also falling in love with Kickboxing. We pride ourselves on teaching great quality kickboxing, boxing and Tabata classes. Using experience gained over decades in the sport; shared and passed down through our instructors we aim to now pass this knowledge on to you. We believe our secret lies in the fantastic atmosphere at the gym, which is generated through the shared enthusiasm from both the instructors and the students. We love what we do here at Springhealth and are very passionate about it... we hope you will be too. When you first join us, we will guide you through our flexible kickboxing system. You will have the opportunity to take part in gradings which give you the chance to assess your level of improvement and progress to learn new skills.
